Traditional Ukrainian syrnyky (cottage cheese pancakes) made from a soft cheese batter, shaped and browned by hand, then frozen ready to cook. Our syrnyky are available in two varieties – classic, or with chia seeds mixed into the batter for a slightly different texture and extra fibre. They reheat beautifully in a pan or oven and make an easy treat for busy mornings, weekend brunches or guests. Just cook from frozen until heated through and golden, then finish with sour cream, jam, berries, honey or your favourite toppings.
