We deliver homemade Ukrainian food within Calgary, Alberta only. Below are our delivery and payment terms in a clear and simple format.

Minimum Order

A minimum order is required to checkout: 4 kg OR 100 CAD (based on the items subtotal, before delivery fees and taxes).

Delivery (Calgary Only)

  • Delivery is available within Calgary, Alberta only.
  • Delivery cost is calculated at checkout.
  • Paid delivery: Orders below 150 CAD are charged a flat delivery fee (shown in your cart/checkout).
  • Free delivery: Orders 150 CAD or more qualify for free delivery.

Free delivery is applied automatically once your cart reaches 150 CAD.

Delivery Timing & Communication

  • After you place your order, we may contact you (if needed) to confirm delivery details.
  • Please make sure your address and phone number are accurate to avoid delays.

Receiving Your Order

Because we deliver food products (often frozen):

  • Please be available to receive your order at the agreed delivery time.
  • If delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability, we will reschedule when possible. Additional delivery fees may apply.

Payment Methods

We accept online payments on our website:

1) Credit/Debit Card (WooPayments / Stripe)

  • Visa / Mastercard / AmEx (depending on your card)
  • Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway.

2) PayPal

  • You can pay using PayPal if this option is available at checkout.

Once payment is successful, your order is confirmed and will be processed.

(Optional) Interac e-Transfer

If enabled, you will see this option at checkout. Instructions will be shown on the order confirmation page and sent by email.

Taxes

A 5% GST may be added to your order, and will be displayed in the cart and at checkout.

Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will see an order confirmation on-screen and may also receive an email confirmation (if you provided an email address).
