Zrazy are traditional Ukrainian meat patties with a savoury filling inside. At UkrChef we prepare our zrazy by hand in small batches, using seasoned ground meat on the outside and a flavourful centre – you can choose zrazy with meat filling or zrazy with mushroom filling. Each piece is shaped, seared and then frozen fresh, ready for your pan or oven. Cook from frozen until golden and cooked through, and serve with mashed potatoes, buckwheat, rice or a simple salad for a hearty, home-style meal that feels like it came straight from a Ukrainian family kitchen.
