Our dumplings come in two varieties – beef & pork or chicken – so you can choose your favourite or mix both. Dumplings (pelmeni) are small, bite-sized meat dumplings – a true Eastern European comfort food. At UkrChef we make our pelmeni by hand in Calgary using a thin, tender dough and a juicy filling, then freeze them fresh so they keep their shape and flavour. You can choose between beef & pork or chicken pelmeni. Cook from frozen in boiling salted water until they float, then serve with butter, sour cream, fresh herbs or a touch of black pepper for a quick, satisfying meal any time of day.
